In-stock orders typically dispatch within 1– 2 working days. Custom and made-to-order rugs follow the production timeline (10– 35 working days depending on construction). If it has been longer than expected, WhatsApp our team with your order number and we'll check on it.
My package looks tampered with — what do I do?
Do not accept delivery. Refuse the package at the door and immediately WhatsApp or email us with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
